Currently processing time is 1-3 business days before shipping. Please contact with any questions before ordering at magicmountainears@yahoo.com. Cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of ordering . 

We are not responsible for any late deliveries from USPS or UPS. Please see checkout for all your shipping options.

We cannot accept returns of orders or exchanges. 

All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. These charges must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
